ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Logan Chance enjoys the simple things in life. Star Wars, music, and pretty
girls. Always in trouble at school, he was made to copy the dictionary
while the others played. This began his word fascination.
With a love of words he then realized he loved stringing those same words
together to create stories to inspire all.
From Boston, and relocated to Florida, he lives out his days writing,
reading, and avoiding the beach.
Not afraid to tell it how it is, Logan is definitely a man of his own.

Sigh. I’m stumped for this review. I really am. Each novella in the Sex Me series gets better, taking my emotions on an unexpected journey.
In Save Me, Lizzy and Ryan were inseparable best friends who’ve been separated by Ryan’s time in the military. People change when you’re apart for so long. Ryan’s a marine. He’s seen war. Now he has to deal with adjusting back to life at home. True friends fall back into place no matter time or distance, but what happens when you now see your friend with new eyes? As in, suddenly Lizzy’s love of astronomy sure is sexy, and maybe I’d like to get nasty under the stars kind of eyes. What happens when you have to decide if a friendship is more precious than falling in love and risking the ugliness of a broken heart? I’ll tell you what happens. READER HEAVEN.
I have to say, Lizzy is one of my favorite heroines to date. Sweet and giving but completely real. She made me laugh, but, oh man, she broke my heart at times. Her honesty about her feelings and wanting something that might not ever be made my heart ache for her. Unrequited love at its finest. Plus, she loved Shakespeare. ❤️
And then there’s Ryan. This guy. He quoted Shakespeare for her, and I may never recover from it. Seriously. This elevated him out of the book boyfriend stratosphere into his own universe. As Shakespeare would say, I love you with so much of my heart, that none is left to protest. That’s a lot. Someone may need to save me. If I could give him his own constellation, it would look like this…
Not every guy has to be an asshole; Ryan proved this. He had a touch of alpha offset by a cute, charming personality. I think one of the things we as readers find appealing about these men, is how they love so fiercely. You just knew he would love Lizzy to his core, with everything he had.
But, as my secret crush Shakespeare would say, the course of true love never did run smooth. He’d probably say it more fancy, though. And I would swoon-eth. The push and pull, will they or won’t they, was killing me in the best way possible. The chemistry between them was undeniable. How can you resist something so strong?
And then, my world crashed. And, again, as Shakespeare would say, if you have tears, prepare to shed them now.
The story took flight in a way I never expected. I don’t even know how to articulate the way my feelings exploded. This is what true love is all about. I went into Save Me thinking it was going to be a light, sweet read but came away with a story so achingly beautiful it imprinted itself on me.
Once again, Logan Chance brilliantly executed a compelling story full of wit, lust, passion, heartache, and unconditional love that paid off with me as a reader in spades, solidifying this author as an absolute must read. From the chapter headings that left me teary eyed to the love story which was handled with truth and hope, I will never forget Lizard and Cryin’. How fitting we rate with stars. Lizzy would be happy. Save Me gets all the stars.
