Ang's Review
I have a thing for Kindle Alexander’s books. She writes beautiful m/m romance and I usually love her books. That being said, I was all set to fall in love with Full Disclosure. And I did. Eventually. Just a warning, there’s a bit of a slow build up to the action in this one. It threw me for a loop in the beginning, and I kept wondering … when is it going to happen? But. It is worth the wait. I promise. Don’t put it down. Keep reading.
We met U.S. Marshal Mitch Knox in Double Full and I was really excited when I found out he was going to be the star of Full Disclosure. Mitch is seriously sexy. He’s so tall and buff and tough. He’s really funny, sarcastic, heartfelt, loving, and sincere. I love that he wears his heart on his sleeve. You will fall for Mitch.
When we meet Texas State Trooper Cody Turner we see that he is a sweet southern man. All yes ma’am and no sir and so lovely but Cody has some edge. And he’s fair and blonde and blue eyed to Mitch’s dark good looks. Cody is gorgeous and tall and can match Mitch on the brawn. I usually don’t like beefy guys, but these two just sounded so hot. It worked for me. I enjoyed Cody’s relationship with his family and his commitment to his job.
The two meet at a club and there are some seriously hot eye-fucking moments happening. Their chemistry is intense. I could not wait for them to get together and when it eventually happens … you will be in love.
The main premise of the story revolves around the hate crime investigation. Mitch is still investigating the crime that injured Colt in Double Full. The investigation heats up as Mitch has been painstakingly gathering evidence, and he spends the majority of the novel in DC working with the FBI trying to track down the suspect. This part of the story was a bit slow for me… only because I was waiting for Mitch and Cody to get together. I needed, wanted, begged for those sex scenes! I had to stop around the 30% mark and give myself a pep talk. Look. Enjoy the story for what it is, enjoy the mystery / crime solving aspect and then you can savor the romance when it eventually happens later. To be fair, there were some intense phone calls and texting scenes during the waiting period. Those helped hold me over too.
When these two are finally reunited, I was giddy. I could not stop reading. I loved all of their moments together from the sweet times and sarcastic back and forth to the off the charts sex scenes. Damn. Kindle did not disappoint with these scenes. It was worth the wait.
This book gives us a little more of a storyline than a typical romance. There are some great angsty scenes and some tear jerker moments. All in all, I really enjoyed the book.
It was a real treat to see Dr. Knox and Colt and Jace again. They made a few appearances for us and I loved seeing them all. I just wanted to give them a hug and sneak some bacon to Colt. And I’m really looking forward to the next book in the series and reading more about Aaron and Kreed.
As I mentioned earlier, the book was a little slow in some parts but it was so worth it once I got into it. I love Mitch and Cody. They are pretty damn dreamy.

Great Review! I did notice the area of the book that you are referring to but for me it was not an issue because I was reading the book slowly anyway (I have a 5 and 2 year old and little time to actually read…sigh). That being said Mitch and Cody are explosively HOT together and I fell in love with both of them! I adore those boys. Thank you for hosting Kindle today, she is my go to m/m author!
