Equal parts Dexter and 50 Shades, this is the eagerly awaited follow-up to the daring erotic thriller, The Girl in 6E, by A.R. Torre.

My rules:

  1. Don’t leave the apartment.
  2. Never let anyone in.
  3. Don’t kill anyone.

The rules were simple and I broke them.

Now I must face the consequences.

Everyone else must face me.

Tarah's Review

I am a huge fan of Alessandra Torre. I have yet to read one of her books that I didn’t adore to pieces. When I heard the next Deanna Madden novel was coming, I fangirled quite a bit. If you haven’t read The Girl in 6E, I need you to bring it to the top of your TBR list. Pronto.

If you have read it? Then for the love of goodness, please grab Do Not Disturb. Alessandra has managed to capture everything we loved in the first book. Deanna is one of my favorite leading ladies in the literary world. I sincerely laughed out loud. This book may contain darkness, but ultimately I think this book is about triumph. About living. About growing through the doubt and letting go. Deanna has to learn to trust herself. But when it’s a constant struggle between wanting more and self control, which do you trust?

Do Not Disturb is deliciously sexy and suspenseful. I was taken by surprise with some plot twists and that rarely happens. When you having me talking (read: yelling) at my Kindle, I applaud you. Haha. Alessandra writes characters who shine through the pages. Everyone from the by next door lover who makes you swoon to the literal boy next store who makes you cringe. Read this book. Read this series. Hell, read all of her works. You won’t regret it.
